My work is informed by a degree in Social Psychology; anthropology, sociology, and neuroscience; executive programmes at London Business School, and the London School of Economics; deep understanding of how individuals, teams, and organisations learn and change; intuition; creative and systemic thinking; and 30 years business experience.
I am also qualified in a number of personality profiling tools, and developed as a coach through Ashridge Business School’s Coaching for Organisation Consultants programme.
